With more than 20 years of experience, HIGHN | Remco Brokken is making a lot of good noise. An explosive extravaganza of dark and deep rousing underground music. Known for his good choice of music and broad taste in music make him an all-round underground DJ who can handle any challenge.
Starting as vinyl DJ in the nineties he made the definitive switch to digital in 2008. Together with two friends, he started his own booking agency for international DJ’s in 2012. This has taught him a lot about the business side of the DJ profession. In 2018 and 2019 he had his own techno party during ADE in Amsterdam. During his work as a booking agent, his love for electronic music remained and made him return to his beloved Pioneer decks and start mixing again.
Today, he works as an e-commerce manager for several webshops. Music will always be his great love, and he still performs irregularly at various clubs and parties. His weekly mixes can be heard on various platforms such as Mixcloud, Hearthis and Soundcloud as well as on many radio stations worldwide.
